So, I finally gave into to everyone bugging me and decided to write a tabulas. The reason I don't really write them that often is because I never really have anything that exciting to say. If I do have something exciting to say, then I'll usually just tell people about it. I just can't compete with all you other tabulas writers and your interesting entries.
Anyway, classes are going alright so far. My schedule is pretty terrible, 8ams 4 days a week, but I guess it could be worse. I'm done for the day which is lovely, but this won't last for long when I have to start taking my bio lab from 12:25 - 3:15 on Fridays.
Break was nice too. I kind of split my time between being here and being in High Point. I got to be here for New Year's Eve also which was great!
Ok, well that's all I can think of to say. So you all who have been bugging me to write a journal *coughjessheidinathancough* should now be pleased. Have a lovely weekend!

It's been a really long time since I've updated, and I apologize. Although, in my defense, it's not like I've had anything really exciting to write about for you all, so you probably would have just been bored anyway.
I can't believe this semester is almost over - maybe it was just for me, but it seemed to fly by. I guess that's a good thing though - this time last year I was practically crawling up the walls because time seemed to be moving sooooo slowly. Pep band started up, and that's been fun so far. The band ball is on Saturday, and I just can't wait to see Heidi, Jess and Lindsey all dressed up! Y'all are gonna be gorgeous!
I'm really looking foward to going home for Thanksgiving. It's been awhile since I've been home. I got to see my parents 2 weeks ago, but I haven't seen my sister in a long time. Which is pretty ironic considering she lives only about 20-30 minutes away and my parents live an hour and a half away. I also looooooove Thanksgiving. I mean, what could be bad about it - you get up, eat, take a nap, and then you get up and eat some pie. My kinda day.
Well that's all for today. I hope you all have a great weekend and a lovely Thanksgiving!

Sorry it's been such a long time between posts - I just haven't had the motivation to write. But I'll write now, since I'm procrastinating and everything.
This weekend was a lot of fun, but nonetheless tiring. Friday I went to the College Game Day thing, which was fun I suppose. It kinda got a little boring after a while I must say, but it was pretty cool that they gave us that opportunity. Friday night I went to the fair with Jess, Hal, Heidi, Bryan and Chris, Mike, and Pat (aka the "triple threat"). It was sooooo much fun - I had never gone to the state fair before so I really had a great time. I got to see some cows and goats and sheep. Heidi and I rode the ferris wheel together - how romantic. We also road one of those spinny things which wasn't quite so romantic but rather dizzying - it was fun though! I also got some cotton candy which was an absolute must.
Saturday began at around 7 am, after bed at about 1 am that morning. Six hours wasn't all that bad for sleep, but Saturday was just an altogether exhausting day. It's a good thing I get along well with all the trumpets, because sixteen hours is a long time to spend with the same people. But it was really fun - I always love a good football game!
Today was the usual Sunday - I went to Clark for lunch with Pat and Jess, and sat around there forever talking with them. It was fun - good conversations were had. I came back here and studied for a couple hours until Heidi and Nate called me and told me they were going to a movie. Those clever kids tricked me into seeing The Grudge, which I had vowed not to see. I'll be honest with you, I didn't enjoy the movie. The company was great though. Nothing personal Nate and Heidi, but I just don't do well with those kinds of movies!
I guess I should get back to studying here soon - or sleep. Whichever happens first I suppose! Have a great week!

So I had such a great fall break. It was soooooo nice to not have to go by an agenda for a couple of days, and spending time with Jess and her friends was awesome. I probably gained 100 pounds because absolutely nothing we ate had any nutritional value, unless you count the lettuce on our cheeseburgers or the fruit in our pancakes!
I can't believe it's already halfway through the semester, it seems like it just started. It's been so much fun though, and I guess it's a good thing that it's gone by this fast. Last year at this point I was crawling up the walls.
We had the UNC game yesterday, and I'm not really going to talk to much about that because I'm sure you all know how that went. The traffic was absolutely terrible though - we "left" (or got on the bus and sat in the parking lot for an hour) at 9:45 and didn't get back to State until 12. I halfway slept, so it wasn't too bad, but I was soooooooo ready to get off of that bus.
I hope this week goes by fairly quickly. I'm so excited for Halloween -I just have to find a costume. I know what I want to be, it's just a matter of getting the right thing to wear.
Well, that's all for today. Have a great week everybody!

Hey everyone. I hope you all are doing well, I'm doing good. I'm ready for Wednesday to get here! I can't believe it's fall break already! It doesn't seem possible that I've been here long enough. It should be fun though - Jess and I are spending the night in High Point Wednesday night and then in Burlington Thursday and Friday nights. It should be fun! By the way, she got a tabulas, and you should all definitely read it, because it's awesome.
So it sucks that Heidi has so much work to do. The poor thing is seriously lacking on sleep - I really hope things kinda even out somewhat for her soon. I really admire her for all the time and effort she puts into everything she does, and she still has time to listen to me and give me advice about whatever. But the work she does really pay off - she's soooooo talented! I love having you as my friend!
Alrighty, well that's all for this evening. I hope everyone has a great fall break!
